The Oase Filtoclear filter range are pressurised filters. This means that, unlike conventional box filters, you don't have a install them above the water level. They can also be buried in the ground, which makes them easy to hide.

UVC

All sizes of Filtoclear come with a built-in UVC (Ultra Violet Clarifier) on the top of the filter which will help keep your pond water clear. The filters also come with 2 clear hosetails which glow when the UVC is on, making it easy to check that it is working.

 

Easy to Use

The outlets and inlet on the Filtoclear pumps are clearly marked with helpful pictures, making it very easy to understand even for the less experienced pond-keeper.

 

Easy Cleaning

Filtoclear filters are very easy to clean thanks to Oase's 'Easy Clean Technology'. You simply use the dial and handle on the top of the filter to clean it; no more mess when cleaning out your filter!

To clean your filter, simply attach a hosetail and pipe to the waste outlet pipe (the one with the flower symbol on). Then, turn the dial on the top to the picture of the flowers.

Once you have done this, pull the handle and move it up and down several times; this action 'wrings out' the filter foams. Pond water flowing through the filter will flush the dirty water out of the waste outlet pipe and to wherever you want it to go. Most people like to use the waste as a natural fertiliser, as it is high in nitrates.

 

3 Year Guarantee

Oase Filtoclear pressurised filters come with a 3 year guarantee, all you need to do is fill out the enclosed card. They also come with a clear water guarantee (when using the correct sized filter and pump for your pond).
