These UV clarifiers from Evolution Aqua are brand new for 2011. The evoUV is available in 3 sizes - 30 watt, 55 watt and 110 watt - allowing everyone from the general water gardener to the serious Koi Keeper to benefit from the newest UV to hit the market.
The new evoUV has been expertly designed using the latest technology and is made from the same hard wearing polymer that is used on the Nexus and Eazypod filters.
The evoUV range features:
3 bulb sizes, 30 watt, 55 watt and 110 watt (comprising 2 x 55 watt bulbs).
Electronic ballast.
Thermal safety protection means that the unit will switch off before it overheats.
Power light showing when UV is on or off.
Unit that can be mounted horizontally or vertically.
Unique design that gives less head loss than other manufacturers’ models, saving energy costs.
UV stabilised PE outer casing which has a higher reflective index than stainless steel.
2" inlet and outlet on the evo110. 1.5" inlet and outlet on the evo55. Then a stepped hosetail option on the evo30.
