The Saturn Booster is an amazing innovation from Hozelock designed to work with all makes of pond filter. It will remove nearly all solid debris from the pond water before it can get to the main filter. This reduces the need for cleaning the pond filter dramatically and boosts its performance since it will not be clogged up with debris.
4 Stages of filtration;
Dirty water from the pond is pumped into the Saturn Booster and spun around a polyester gauze filter
Large particles are trapped by the gauze filter as water passes through it
A rotating jet spray, located inside the filter, constantly cleans the gauze from the inside
The particles, washed off the gauze by the rotating jet collect at the bottom of the unit
To remove the waste; simply pull the ergonomic flush-away handle without getting wet or dirty hands
Innovative self-regulating pressure sensitive valves allow the filter to continue operating even in the harshest pond environments
The Saturn should be placed between the pump and existing filter
