Frequently Asked QuestionsWelcome to our FAQs sectionWe have compiled a list of the most common questions we are asked and provided answers to these in an easy-to-read format. How long will my order take to be delivered? Standard delivery is 3-5 working days, however we can offer a 'Next Day' or '48 Hour Delivery' service if you require your order quickly. Can I have my order delivered to a different address? Yes. When you place your order you can add a different delivery address. If the billing address is different to your delivery address the invoice will always be sent to your billing address. Please remember your billing address is the address at which your credit card is registered. How much will my delivery cost?
24 Hour and 48 Hour delivery is available in most areas please call for details. If the cost for postage is different to the above we will contact you by phone to advise you. Your parcel will not be sent out until the delivery charge has been agreed with you. What is the latest time in the day you can place an order for next day delivery? 2.00pm is the latest time you can place an order over the internet for next day delivery, if you miss this time you can call our sales team on 01904 698800 before 4.00pm to place your order. How can I track my order? We can chase all orders via our parcel tracking system and will advise you where your order is at any time. How do I know if an item is out of stock? All orders placed are checked on a daily basis. We will contact you by phone if any of the items on your order are out of stock Can I change or add to an order? Yes. Just call our Customer Services Department on 01904 698800 and as long as the order has not been despatched we will be happy to help. When should I arrange for help with installation of my pond equipment? You should not arrange for any third party contractors until you have received your parcel and this has been checked for any shortages or damages. Which credit cards can I use for payment? We will accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta Visa Electron and solo cards. Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express. How do I return an item? Faulty Items Contact our Customer Services Department and they will arrange for the collection of any faulty items with our carriers. Once we have received the items we will arrange a replacement to be sent out within 48 hours. Non Faulty Items If any item does not meet your expectations you can return this to the postage address below. This must be returned unused within 30 days of receipt of your order. We advise that you obtain proof of the return from the carrier. Please note Bradshaws can only cover the cost of return for faulty or damaged items. Address for Returns

use? How accurate is our website? Whilst every effort is taken to ensure that the product prices, information and sizing are correct, these items are subject to availability and may be subject to change. A pond filter system is made up of three main items:
Which System should I use for my pond? This depends on the size of your pond and the type and volume of fish you have. If you are at all unsure, it is always best to seek professional advise. All our operators are highly trained and will be able to advise you give us a call on 01904 698800 Can I install the whole system together? Yes. But you should keep the UVC turned off for
the first 4-6 weeks. This allows the beneficial bacteria to develop
in the filter box.
How often do I need to change the bulb in the UVC? This should be done once a year as a matter of maintenance. The best time is at the beginning of the season, around April, when the sun is starting to get stronger. What maintenance is required on a pump? The pump should be checked on a regular basis throughout the summer. This is when it is most likely to become blocked with algae or blanket weed. Can I let the filter system run all year? Yes. The pump and filter box should run all year, but the UVC can be switched off. By keeping the pump and filter box running it will prevent the pond from freezing over in the winter months and also help to keep oxygen levels up. How often do I feed my fish? In summer you can feed two to three times a day. Make sure that all food is eaten. If any is left this means you are over feeding. No feeding is required during the winter months.
